Bhenoy (Ben) Dembla is an accomplished executive, board director, investor, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, chemicals, textile machinery, finance, private equity, real estate, and technology-driven businesses.
Since 2021, Mr. Bhenoy Dembla has served as a Non-Executive Director of Precision Rubber Industries Private Limited (PRIPL).
Bhenoy has assisted various companies with corporate strategic planning, financial planning, human resources, transformation initiatives, real estate planning and redevelopment opportunities, and B2B e-commerce strategies.
Bhenoy focuses and reviews capital formation and allocation, financing strategies, and long-term value creation and restructuring.
In addition, Mr. Dembla has served on the Board of Interior Crafts, Inc. since 2003.
In addition to board and advisory activities, Bhenoy has participated in the strategic oversight of private equity-backed operating companies across the hospitality, wellness, multifamily, self-storage, and real estate sectors.
Bhenoy acts as an advisor to numerous private companies and entrepreneurs, assisting with strategic partnerships, capital raising, mergers acquisitions and divestitures, business development, and executive mentoring.
Prior to his board and advisory work, Mr. Bhenoy Dembla held leadership positions across several industries. He spent a decade with General Chemical, previously part of AlliedSignal/Honeywell, where he progressed from market and cost analyst to head Midwest sales. Earlier in Bhenoy Dembla’s career, he worked for Combustion Engineering (later ABB), managing engineering and project operations within the petrochemical, oil, energy, and pulp and paper sectors.
Bhenoy Dembla has participated in the growth of emerging technology ventures, including the B2B e-commerce startup Fob.com, where he helped lead capital-raising initiatives and business platform development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dembla has been actively involved in financial advisory roles, portfolio strategy, capital markets, private equity investments, and corporate finance.
Ben Dembla is recognized for his ability to bridge operational execution with strategic vision, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, restructuring, capital formation and complex business challenges.
Mr. Bhenoy Dembla earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, with minors in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, and Economics, and received his MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
Ben Dembla supports charitable initiatives focused on education, healthcare, and improving quality of life in underserved communities.
